@thebandrick:

for which Alpha Build are you referring this to?
Alpha 6 , and on alpha 5 it did was same thing ..
I also have the impression that my footage is a little sped up (i shoot in 24fps , i convert it with raw2mlv then when i import it in after effects it says 30fps ..)

Hello guys , i have recently installed ML on my 70d , but i find that my footage looks really noisy , even in good lighting conditions , there is a lot of alisaing and there is a sort of lag between some frames. Does anyone encounter the same problem ? How can i rasolve this ?

I shoot 1792*762 at 24fps

Alright , i get it . So what sd card should i choose to make sure the write speed is the best i can get (41MB/s) ?

Yeah i never really understood the difference (i know a byte is a group of 8 bits ) , but i don't know which one is in my case ..

I have a Lexar 400x 60Mb\s , so is it bytes or bits ? ..
So my 70d doesn't even support my lexar's speed ?
I just ran a benchmark on my canon and it says write speed 20MB\s , what the heck ?

Thanks for your answer

Duplicate Questions / Raw video shooting problem
May 30, 2015, 09:27:08 PM
Hello everyone ,

I've installed Magic Lantern on my Canon 70d without any problem , it works just fine , but there is still something :

When i shoot Raw video , in every mode it skips frames after 7-8 seconds and my video stops :/

I have a lexar 60mbits/sec , and it still does it when i choose a 54mbits/sec video resolution , i have tried the different options in the menu's like the Sd card ''warming'' but nothing seems to work .. I usually shoot in 2.35/1 aspect ratio on 1824x776
Also , there is a limit in raw video (i think all of you know) who says that i can't go over 1824 in the current video mode . Is there a way that i can go over this limit ? What is the ''current video mode'' ?
A know i can ignore the frame skipping , but it's not really a solution for me :/

Thank you a lot , i would me recognizing if someone would help me use this wonderfull feature properly :D
