Hello Nickfreak,

any chance to look into option that will limit Auto Iso range to set value eg 1600?

Thanks

You can adjust both in Canon menu. Read the manual for further information.

Actually I did, and iso range is not working on video mode, it crank up iso to 6400 if needed.
As far as focus I am talking about adjustment speed (rack focus speed) not reaction speed on subject moves.

Thanks

Hi

Anyone knows if it's possible to set the focusing speed with ML and limit ISO max value when set to Auto Iso?

Thank you

Hello,

well yes, that could be a temporary solution but I rather not close live view each time I jump to menu. Not a deal breaker right now anyways, just a nice fix when everything else works.

One other thing I keep getting asked by people that didn't dare yet to install ML is that if ML can keep the live view open while a hdmi or USB cable is plugged in.

@nikfreak, Do you plan to look into that ?

Regards.

Hello

Just installed the alpha 4b. Installation was just peachy, fast, no issues. However it's not staying in ML menu if I let it inactive for 2-3 seconds.
It heats up to about 64-68C in 30-40 minutes of playing with it, I suppose that's it?
I can't see the green bars on magic zoom focus confirm, should I be in some specific mode/setting?

Otherwise I have no complains, I can already use it in production, with the long time use reserve for now :)

Thank you

Hello

thanks for great work, nikfreak and the team working on this should have got the donation nanomad received.

I have a question: will be possible to keep the screen on while plugging in USB or HDMI?

I know DSLR Controller did this fine, is it possible to have the touch screen on for HDMI monitor too?

Thank you.

Maybe you should keep this a while longer, what if , God forbidden, this 70D fries  :P?
Also power adapter are like 30 $ on eBay, I have from China and it's perfect. Take a while to arrive though (21-25 days).

Great, my donation is in!
Please take into consideration using LCD while hdmi is on, I can do that with DSLR controller on USB

It may be possible the same on HDMI with a hack of some sort and ML?
