OK, "clear all camera settings" worked to correct the EXIF bug.  Thanks.

OK, I've uploaded the zip with the 2 sample photo files and Magic.cfg.
Not sure where I can find the ML build date, but the date these ML files were installed on my camera appears to be 9/10/13.

What kind of "reset Canon settings" are we talking about to fix this? 

Is anyone else having problems with exp comp EXIF data being tagged wrong since ML 1.2.3 install?

Since installing Magic Lantern 1.2.3 on 5D III, I have noticed that my files shot at 0 EV exposure comp are wrongly tagged as either +1/3 EV (seen in Digital Photo Professional) or "+1 Step" (in Windows Explorer window, flickr). 

Files shot with +1/3 EV are wrongly tagged as +1/2 EV (DPP) and "+0.5 Step" in Windows explorer and "+1 EV" in flickr.  A file shot with +2/3 EV actually showed as nonsense under flickr EXIF,  "-1&#x2F;2 EV"

Has anyone noticed similar problems since installing Magic Lantern 1.2.3. on 5D III?  Any way to fix this or could this possibly be some other issue, although the only change has been Magic Lantern?

Below are examples:

Shot at 0 EV, tagged as +1/3 EV (DPP) or "+1 Step" (in Windows Explorer window, flickr).

Make sure the firmware file is on the card.

This functionality is working fine here.  Try adjusting the image review setting, powering off/on the camera.  Or, try resetting Canon settings.

All my issues seemed to have gone away once I formatted the card, reset the camera to factory defaults, then reinstalled ML.  Thank goodness this did not clear my C1-C3 custom settings and Lens AFMA values

When I try to uninstall ML from 5D III (1.2.3) by going to Wrench menu=> "firmware version"=> then I get the message "Memory card containing firmware is required to update" even though the memory card with ML is inside the camera.

I don't get the "instructions" to follow to uninstall.  What am I missing?  Should I just go to "Format card" and choose "Format card. remove ML" option?

The reason I am trying to uninstall ML is I still cannot get auto image display after taking the shot, which is a real time-waster. 

Using 5D III 1.2.3 without any crashes so far, but is it normal for automatic image display to be disabled with ML?  Before ML, when I took a photo, the rear screen automatically showed the photo I just took (for 4 seconds as I have set in Canon menu).  After ML, even with Canon menu still set to show image for 4 seconds, I get nothing on screen.  I have to manually push the display button to see the image I took.  Is there a workaround?
