Quote70D+ML111B 23AprA5B  "SET" button startup to disable ML still is not working for me. Is anyone else encountering this? Am I possibly doing something incorrectly?

I'm running the same version. I had to set the "SET" button to "Off" in Custom Controls. After that it worked for me.

Issue I've run in to: I can't seem to get the intervalometer working together with Full Res Silent Picture module. Both work on their own, but not together. It might be down to user error though.

Everyone is talking about RAW in ML for 70D, but what about other magic functions like hdr video, dual iso, focus peaking, hdr photo raw bracketing, zebras, bit rate, intervalometer, etc?
All in good time.

Nik, just take it easy. As you can see a lot of people are excited to see what's coming, but just do stuff in the pace that you're comfortable with. We'd all love updates if there's been any progress, but we're just grateful you're taking this on.

Correct, you can't.  The 7D Mark II introduced the ability the customize AF speed, although it does seem like the type of thing ML can possibly do.
Considering that the sensor phase detection turns down the speed in video compared to live view, I'd say that might be entirely possible. We'll see.

@granan13  i think you can modify the focusspeed in the Canon settings
I don't think you can modify video AF speed. I couldn't find any options, anyway.

@Oli650D
Please, for the love of Buddha, please use English. While I understood what you said, few others will. Also, that question is a general ML question, not 70D specific. And while I'd like the same features, I think this is the wrong place to debate them.

Thank you so much for your effort, Nik and Nano. Do you have a link for a donation page for you?

I remember reading of a custom built that enabled full res silent pictures. Is that something that the 1100D can run?

Hi. I've been a long-time user of ML for the 1100D. Got a new camera and have been using that instead, but now I'm back on the 1100D.

My problem is, I can't seem to get ML on my 1100D anymore. I've followed the instructions as per http://wiki.magiclantern.fm/install to a tee, but I can't use the in-camera "Firmware Update" feature, as I'm lacking a firmware file.

I tried digging up an old .fir file from the "magiclantern-v2.3.1100D.RC3.zip", but when installing then, the install-process informed me that "fonts.dat" was missing.

I'm at a loss. Do you have any ideas on how to proceed?

In any case, thank your for the tremendous work you've put into maintaining this program. It is very much appreciated.
