Hello
I thought that I will give this program a test. Results are not great. There is nearly no difference between SD Formatter and Windows formatting software. Here is spreed sheet with all R/W SD Benchmark: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hOIHgCFDGLaDPyFE-flYNSBkfU2rgxBbQP3E-XqCq_4/edit?usp=sharing All the tests were made with Magic Lantern benchmark option and SanDisk Extreme 45 MB/s. I will format my card with SD Formatter from now on but I don't think that it gives any boost for write speed.

Hello
Here is my youtube channel trailer. It is summary of about half of year of videos. Thanks so much for watching. If you like it please subscribe :)

Shot on 600D with ML.
Lenses:
Canon 18-55mm IS II f3.5-5.5
Canon 55-250mm IS II f4-5.6
Jupiter 21M 200mm f4
Helios 44-2 58mm f2
Mir 1B 37mm f2.8

You have to install nightly build to enable raw shooting.
#12
What version of ML do you have? Have you loaded raw module? Look in how to shoot raw threads.

Old M42 lenses are great for video. They are all manual and quite often have smooth aperture ring. In this video I used 37mm Mir 1B lens. Thing that I most like about this lens are flares.

Sorry for super late reply. Here are some photos of my diy glidecam. Every axis is supported by ball bearings. It looks not complicated to build but there is a lot of work to build it and later balance properly.

Looks really nice. Intro where competitors were preparing for run was great. One thing that I might suggest is having some stabilization (software or some kind of a rig). Your video was anamorphic so you could use covered pixels as extra resolution for  software stabilization. It might be only for me because I love super stable footage. :)

Hi. I shoot this video during running competition called "Z biegiem natury". I was using my 600d and diy glidecam (I have to practice a lot more). Thanks for watching :)

Tragic Lantern / Re: 600D/T3i Raw Video

Thanks for fast reply. Now I'm just wondering how to get the highest sound quality from 600d. I wont to use it as sound recorder. I turned on recording audio in separate wav during video recording. I think that it is the best solution for me.

I have some problems with sound recorder function. After about 3-4 minutes of recording camera freezes till I take out  battery. When in video mode sometimes when it freezes I can hear mirror falling down. I tried clean install of NewMem but nothing changed. Can somebody help?

Hello
This video was filmed with Cannon 600D and Helios 44-2 58mm f2 M39 lens. Super cheap lens for SLRs with M39 thread. Adapter for about 10$ and you have decent cinema lens with smooth manual aperture. In my opinion much sharper than Canon kit lenses (for ex. 18-55 mm f3.5-5.6 IS II). Thanks for watching  :)
