And once again. please, if you need constructive answers please provide what camera you are using.

edit: I saw in the other thread you said mkIII. But just a reminder that it helps to indicate specs and other details when you start new threads with different problems.

Raw rec has slightly faster speed and res capability than mlv since mlv has much information to it and also sound. But not by much, so currently MLV and raw rec does not have exact performance. Choose 1920x1080 and see if you have this issue.

@1080p i don't bave this issue.. Thanks for answer. I thought that MLV where Faster than raw because of spreading information from two cards... So I was wrong? However now i know that if I want to record at higher definition I got to raw mode.. Thank u!

Once again some additional details about your camera, setup, nightly build, card speed, etc would really really help. (what is wrong with people?)

Looks to me like your camera can't keep up with the data rate and it's corrupting frames. You're pushing it to do too much and it's thanking you by crapping all over your footage.

Sorry.. it's nightly build 30/01/14... but even with the older ones it' behave in this way..card is komputerbay 64 gb 1000x..
I got your pount of view, but if it were the speed pushed too much, why it doesn't occur with raw module? If i record raw @2048x1152 it'z all ok...!

Hi MHimihi

We have heard about darkness from a couple of people.  Do you have a file you can share?  With the debayer, we currently use bilinear on Adobe, and a more advanced MalvarLanczos on Scratch.  We have decided to port the more advanced debayer back to Adobe and MediaComposer as well.  I will let everyone know here when it is released.

very good!! howeveer those are the images.. (the first one is dng after acr, but it's almos original. the second one is raw)

am i wrong, or it's not the same quality than dng? working with raw i cant get the same quality and colors that working with dng on acr.is there any tricks? the raw is very dark and even if i try setting with speedgrade i can't get the same colours and feeings than acr... :'(

No it is not the same, because your sensor gets smaller.

What you mean? Is'nt crop 1:1?

I make only RAW videos on my 5dmkii. In your opinion, does it make any sense to buy a 70-200 2.8, if i got already a 24-70 2.8 ?

The main purpose of the RAW import in EFC is to output as video and in order to do this the conversion to tiff is a necessary step. Ffmbc which does the conversion can't import dng.

I got it! Thank u!!

If you only need dng then drag and drop your raw files on to raw2dng.exe found here at the forum.

Yes, but in this way i must create a bunch of of new folders, than put every single raw files onto every single folder, than, copy in every folder raw2dng than drop every single raw  files  on everey single raw2dng...than search every raw files and delete them.. This software, do all those stuff by itself... but with tiff included.. :P

Hi! Thanks for this, but can i transcode only raw to dng? Because i can transcode only dng+ tiff, but i don't need tiff...thanks!
