I'm new from here.
I recently bought an external monitor (a Viltrox DC-70 II), and plugged into my 1200D but after that the same ML hud overlays that usually appears through canon monitor, doesn't appear at all into the external monitor, infact once plugged the hdmi cable seems like that ML is unable to show all the ML hud in liveview mode in the external monitor. It shows only canon fabric liveview. But the strange thing for me is that when I click the trash button for the options, they appear normally and they actually work, except for that "little detail" of live view overlays.
So I'm asking where's the prob:
Is it the camera? Is it ML (or maybe the version of it)? Is it the external monitor? Is it the cable? Is it something else i missed?
