How about 720p in Crop Movie Mode? 60fps or 30fps.
Actually having variable magnification Crop Movie Mode for either 720p or 480p would be nice as the current crop mode on my 60D is pretty high magnification but I can understand that anything other than 1:1 pixel size in crop would require some interpolation for each frame.
