Luckily, I have canon 5D markIV, because for my stage photography it is so much easier to move and pull the proper focus onto the subjects. There is no problem for stills.
But as many people mentioned before, this camera has stupid and limited video feature.
I guess there are 2 main issues for videography with this camera.
1. Fatty file in 4K. (insufficient codec)
2. No LOG (None Flat picture profile)
So I wanna request new features to next generation ML.
1. More efficient Codec, such as XVACS in sony.
2. Shooting in LOG picture profile, like s-log2.
Are these possible?
I think I can join the alpha/beta testing if it's possible.
Of course, Magic Lantern is really great way to pull out the FF sensor capability. But It must be hard to use in 4K, in terms of card's transition speed and file size. Thank you.
