Warning: may produce strong feelings of happiness and excitement for the outdoors!

After 5 years in making I am proudly presenting you the most picturesque time-lapse / drone / hyper lapse - a film to inspire people recreating outdoors, spend time outside and travel.
And don't tell me about coronavirus lockdown - most of the footage was shot around Vancouver! Enjoy!

Trailer is below.

I want to use FPS Override feature to shot some time lapse. I use ML nightly build for 5d3.113 from July 2, 2015.
I need really slow shutter speed at least 2 seconds long, optimal 4 seconds long.
In 'FPS Override' menu I can choose 'Desired FPS' as low as 0.150 (~6.6 seconds exposure) but 'Actual FPS' gets stuck at 0.554 (~1.8 seconds exposure). See image below:

If I start playing with timers I can make it only worse ('Actual FPS' just gets higher, not lower as I need it).
This behavior persists for all 'Desired FPS' below 0.5 (0.15, 0.2, 0.25 ...) - 'Actual FPS' gets stuck at 0.554 and I cannot make it go lower. Once 'Desired FPS' gets to 0.75, 'Actual FPS' also becomes 0.75.

Can someone explain me how can I get 2 or 4 seconds exposure with FPS Override on 5D3?
