Hello,

I have been away from ML for a year and am getting back into RAW video.  I still shoot with just the RAW video and am wondering if you could suggest the best RAW to DNG converter for me, BUT, I would really prefer a GUI not a command line interface.

I downloaded "RAW to CDNG" but it only accept MLV.

I am shooting ML RAW video with a 5DMKIII and putting the DNG files inside Resolve to edit.  So far everything is great.  Much better than the After Effects workflow I used to do.  But, I miss being able to use my custom camera profiles that are created in the Adobe DNG Profiler.  When I process RAW still in Lightroom I have a custom set of color adjustments for each lens.  I apply these upon import and my color accuracy is much improved.

Does anybody know if there is a way to use these inside of Resolve 11.3?

Or, is there another program or way to create these adjustments for Resolve?  This might be something like a LUT but I am not sure.  I shoot a frame with a bunch of color charts and tough colors like purple and put it in the DNG profiler.  I then can eyedrop pick certain colors and adjust HSL.  This is all made into a profile.

Anyway, thanks for your input and I hope I can work with Resolve like I do the Adobe programs.  RAW video on the 5DMKIII is just amazing and is still holding its own against new cameras for me.

I am testing out RAW recording on my 5D MKIII and have tried both RAW_Rec and MLV formats with an After Effects workflow.  I would like to have ACR profiles available to adjust my color but they are not showing up when I use RAW_Rec.  MLV is showing some blotchy areas, so I will stick with RAW_Rec for now.

Is there any way to get profile to work in ACR using RAW_Rec?

I am buying memory for MLV on my 5DMKIII and am confused about the SD card requirements/limitations for MLV Spanning on the 5DMKIII.  Thanks for your help on my questions:

1) What is the best size for SD cards? I read that 16GB should be the max size for the 5DMKIII?

2) What is the best type of SD card? - SDHC, SDXC etc...

3) 21MBps is the speed limit on the 5DMKIII correct?  So a card just needs to be able to write at least thses speeds?

I will be buyign the 128GB Sandisk CF card with 160MBps write speed.
