How do I fix this?

My computer doesn't recognise my Lexar 16GB 1066x CompactFlash card. It doesn't show up or is unable to read it. Very strange beacuse another card, SanDisk 16GB 50MBs, DOES show up and works fine.

Is the Lexar card too fast for my computer (Windows 7 64bit)? I searched the internet for a solution but there isn't one.

Is there someone who had this same problem and knows how to fix it?

It has little white dots/sparkels flying around, which looks really nice.

Some of the footage I shot in RAW was early stopped, but now I can't extract those DNG's. It was shot in 50fps. When I shoot in 24fps it is possible to extract DNG's from early stop files but with these nothing happens.

Is there a way to extract these to DNG because I need them badly. I use raw2dng converter.

If you record in -say-1728x736 and put in a 1280x720 timeline (so you downscale your footage), will this still give higher quality footage than when you record it in 1280x544?

So in other words: is it worth recording as big as possible even if you downscale your footage afterwards?

I have a videoshoot with a model coming up soon so hopefully someone will reply.

All the shots will be filmed in 50fps and i want it slowed down to 50% to give it a "dreamy" feeling. Can I achieve this by putting the 50fps footage in a 24fps timeline? What is the best way to get a little slow motion ? I am using After Effects btw.

Second question: when filming with 50fps or 60fps in tungsten light it gives flickering. I will shoot a lot under tungsten light so how can I use slow motion without flickering? A low shutter speed perhaps?

What is the maximum resolution and time that you can record 50 or 60 fps on the Canon 550D/t2i with a card that can write/read 95mb/s?

Just got the new Impulz LUTS from Visioncolor. Very excited about it but how do you apply them? These seem different from the OSIRIS ones. Which folder do you choose? Which LUTS must you use? I am confused.

I shoot RAW and use the VisionLOG in ACR and After Effects.

I have been watching tons of RAW videos on Vimeo and Youtube for months and whenever I see a video in H.264 now it irritates me!   H.264 suddenly looks like crap, too soft and even 'old fashioned' compared to the magic of 14-bit RAW.

Am I the only one who prefers watching RAW videos and gets 'annoyed' by H.264?

What are the best export/render settings in After Effects/Adobe Media Encoder for posting on the internet? I have a DNG project with multiple adjustment layers ready to render here.

Someone said to render it as a lossless file, which is fine, but I end up with a 4GB(!) file. Also, in project settings, you set the depth to 16 bits but what must you set for working space? It's default is 'none'.

Advice in this matter would be great.

When using the raw2dng converter there is no EXIF data in the converted DNG's, which I need to use VisionLOG and get a very flat image. Is there a solution for this problem or a way to manually add this data?

I installed ML on my 550D but don't have RAW video or the M tab. So how do you get the RAW video function on your 550D? Must you replace/install more to get this working? And yes, I read this topic http://www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=5520.0.
