I have loaded ML 2.3 to my  50D (1st install) without any problem  and all is working fine, I am  using/ used  a SanDisk Extreme III 4 GB card.
Now  attempting to install ML to a Komputer Bay 64 GB 1000x card as a second install and ML doesn't install on the camera. I updated the firmware as asked(with the proper update). But no green screen occurs, or red screen, I get the message that the Canon firmware update was installed, the camera is on , has not crashed but when i go to the "trash can" to open ML nothing happens. It hasn't installed on the camera. What am I doing wrong?
My intention is to install ML Raw next.
