Raw Video / Frame skipping RAW 5d3 1.1.3

I have big problem with frame skipping with 5d mark iii (1.1.3 magic aa3e6bb358ad3e85a4bc2d6bf2f76b646303e554)
my card is CF Transcend 64 gb 1000x,
some times I shoot with no problem
any idea ?
