5d mk3+ml raw , 2240x954 , x3 zoom , 24fps., ar 235:1.
graded in resolve , kodak 2383 film lut + grade
footage shot on the fly for grade testing .

I don't know , you go to all the effort to make something look good and VIMEO makes it look like crap , there is a download link below if anyone is interested in the original file.

This is a production still from a wedding I shot some time ago, its not from RAW but good old 264 converted to DNXHD and graded in resolve , ive been grading more recently with RAW and I have to say its a damn site easier working with 14bit than 8.
The grade is of coarse my own home made variant on the orange/teal look , i did originally buy a couple of luts that I thought would give me the same results , but to be honest , they are crap and your footage just looks like orange/teal MUD , so I decided to make my own , as im not a professional colorist or davinci expert , to get this far has taken a long time.
I know this not RAW or a video but I wouldnt mind some feedback on the grading.

What is the bit rate coming out of the 5D3 with MLRAW enabled  is it 8 , 10 or something else or maybe it dose not apply to raw ?

HDR and Dual ISO Postprocessing / Dont understand Lightroom and cr2hdr export.

Converted my duel iso raw MLV into DNG , import it into Lightroom then export it via the ML cr2hdr , and this is the bit I dont understand , I just seem to get the same DNG's renamed to duel iso , I thought it was suposed  to merge them .  .  . . .

General Help Q&A / 500 mbs CF cards.

So ive been reading about the imminent release of 500mbs cf cards this year and I was wondering how this will relate to being able to record much higher resolutions continuously like 2560/3584 ect will it be possible or will it be restricted to camera limitations (meaning 5dmk3 that I use) , this is obviously a noob question cause thats what I am at the moment.

Duplicate Questions / 5D mk3 back to firmware 113

Dont know if this means anything as im just a noob with all this but I formatted my SD card in camera today which was running ML Raw , removed it and reinserted it and my camera had reverted back to standard firmware 113 from the ML Next version ,  cant find any ML on the camera and its runs without any cards in it at all , ive since now re installed and uninstalled ML twice just to make sure , the only reason i posted this cause I assumed I would never be able to get my camera back to run normally because of the Bootflag issue , but from what ive seen it seems to function just as it used to before I installed ML , feel free to enlighten me as ive already said im still very new to all of this.

General Help Q&A / Cant EXFAT my 64gb CF card ?

Cant exfat my 64gb Komputerbay cf card , I can only get Fat 32 , im trying to record more than 4gb , so far when I try to do this I only get a raw file of 4194 gb plus a Roo file ? of so many gb , the weid thing is I can veiw a two minute raw of the card which seems to be larger than 4gb but when I try to convert it to DNG I can only get 399 gb , dont realy understand whats going on here any help,advice or points in the right direction would be welcome.

Shot with 24-105 using 160+vari nd for day shots and 3200 no nd for night shots
f. was between f4-f10 depending on scene.
This was my first test with the ML Raw hack installed just to see what it was capable of , so far the results have blown me away , its leaps and bounds above the standard h.264 codec for color , dynamic range and detail and once you get used to processing the raw files its not so much hassle as some people make out .
Note-you may see some aberrations,noise and flickering , this is not true of the final edit , this is VIMEO compression .

Duplicate Questions / Cant install 5d-113-botflag on my Mkiii ( SORTED )

Formated the card in pc then in camera put the bootflag on the card and then back into camera , press to update firm ware and the camera just comes up "ML not found" what am I doing wrong?
