Hello friends,

Is it possible to get an inverted (negative) image in LV ?
I'm doing a lot of negatives reproduction and it can be cool to see the "real" image on LV...

I have a small machine that I want to reserve for compiling ML.
So, what do you think, what is the best distro for compiling / hacking ML "easily" ?

Not RAW
EOS 5D MK2, EOS 7D, EOS 60D - All ML Powered

Graded in Red Giant Looks II
Added some grain with VisionColor 35mm film grain (Kodak Vision 3 5213 filmstock)

Hi !

If i assign AF to back buttons (AF-ON or *) in the C.Fn menu my 60D still take pics when i press AF-ON or * (not just when i press half-shutter)

Is it normal or is it a bug ? (i'm using the last nightly and silent.mo)

Just a quick note to say I'm sad to see that some people become aggressive in the forum ...

I think the Magic Lantern adventure is great and there is no place for this kind of behavior ...
I hope it will not be negative for future developments as Magic Lantern is a wonderful tool!

    Fixes a phenomenon in which the AF microadjustment value may change.*
    Fixes a phenomenon in which the LCD monitor may show a line of false color along boundaries of high contrast.
    Fixes a phenomenon in which the histogram of a LiveView image is incorrectly displayed when an HDMI cable is connected.
    Enables the brightness of the camera's LCD monitor to be adjusted even when an HDMI cable is connected.
    * The phenomenon listed in 2 was addressed with Firmware Version 1.2.1, and has been further improved with Firmware Version 1.2.3.

I can't find anymore the raw2dng.exe in the download section of Bitbucket... (was present yesterday)

Any idea / link ?

FPS Override @ 0.25 fps played back @ 25 fps
Used raw2dng to extract frames, Lightroom 5.0 to import, adjust WB & Tint and resize
Exported as 16bit TIFF
Imported and rendered in AE CS6
Exported as XDCAM HD422

I have found this tool : http://hdcinematics.com/tools/AWProClient.html and is looking to be a great FFmbc frontend for creating intermediate files like DNxHD, ProRes, XDCAM and others !

Does anybody know this tool ?

Hello !

I have read a lot about intermediate formats for editing.
Some people use 5d2rgb, others Cineform and others doesn't transcode before editing in (eg.) Premiere...

What do people here think about this ?
There is some "best practices" with Canon DSLR and/or ML ?

Can anybody tell me what is the difference between the wind filter in Canon firmware menu and the wind filter in the ML menu ?
Is it just a "shortcut" ?
