Hey Walter.
There is problem with shutter speed for 1440p and higher resolution.
Its standard 29.98fps that make its hard to record due high frames, i set to 24fps override and the shutter speeds go to 1/250 or higher.
That would really be nice to get that fix.
I dont have this issue with EOS M running Dannes Build or with Billal custombuild of Dannes 100D branch he did for 650D that iam running, the only thing that dont work is the buttons zoom and info etc

I have installed debian on Vmware and try to use the 2.8K settings from eos_m and added to crop_rec.c from https://bitbucket.org/Dannephoto/magic-lantern_jip_hop_git/src/fd13507933922d6b81c31a5a4274f7e39da28464/modules/crop_rec/crop_rec.c?fbclid=IwAR1wMR2TYDd0K0AJvrjt4mgGmh3FmdQkTIy2Gp0bsKFr_wZCBWJhiUHy-oQ
and use with lastest 650D compability crop_rec.c that could find. The result https://raw.githubusercontent.com/JLFN/magiclantern/master/crop_rec.c i tried to compile but modules was not created .Do you maybe have a repo on https://foss.heptapod.net ?

I just realized that in the 2.5k RAW and above modes shutter fine tuning does not work...is that a known limitation of those modes?
I'm using the latest 8/11 build. Shutter fine tuning works in 1080 mode and the Anamorphic binning modes, just not any of the 2.5k and above modes for me.

It worked for me and I am using Dannes 12 August 2020 build.

Where you able to get 192Mhz overclock to work with 650D ?

Iam not a coder and i cant develop but iam open to help testing the function and i do know linux if that is needed for compliting . I wanted to use the 192Mhz overclock is that on the sd_uhs.mo but i cant see that on debug menu ? I would be very nice to be able to use this part.

I want to give it a try i own canon eos m and the 10 July build works great is there alot of different between the code for eos m and 650D ? I cant code but i can try to compile if there is instructions.

Danne here is the sample with the blackbar when using 2.5K 2.39.1 and 24fps override. The problem comes when using overide. Iam using our version from 07dec.

I got great news! I got continuous recording with (2.5K) 2520x1054 Ratio 2.39:1 14bit with SanDisk Extreme PRO 128gb 170Mb i got 57.9MB/s as top speed with Kill Global Draw . Very good card i got on Blackfriday.
I notice there is a bug for 2.5k that if you set  to 24 exact fps it show like its not using correct the sensor its black on the right.

I running this setup with Viltrox EF-M speedbooster with Sigma art 18-35 F1.8 that gives me F 1.2 doenst give you vignette.

Is this release based on Canon eos M if yes can you please make new version that have the fix you also made for Canon eos m also for 650D.

Features:
1) It is necessary to pre-select the points CropMode and RawVideo. And then run the script.
2) Preview is very tightly compressed horizontally. In the previous version of the preview with low FPS, but with normal proportions. I think this is more important - the right proportions.

Hey , Nice shot! Can you please tell me what build you are using ? I tried crop_rec_4k_mlv_snd_isogain_1x3_presets_2019Jun30.650D104.zip but i cant get to work with 4k or 2.5 my Lexar 64GB Professional SD Card (SDXC) UHS-II U3 - 150MB/s that works 77MB/S with usb 3.0 on pc , i get max 47MB/S i have sd_uhd module actived and i cant find any benchmark and card warm up.
Please share your settings.

I found this info from Danne old post for EOS M
mv1080p MCM rewire now includes 1736x1158(3:2) this is default mode. Set ratio to 2.35:1 or 16:9 from Crop mode sub menu.
