I have found that turning on autofocus with RAW locks up the cameras.  as such, i can't use the stock lens since there is no real way to turn off autofocus.

I had raw working exactly like i wanted and loved it...then i recorded stuff today and the files completely disappeared.  The space is 'used' on the card but i cannot seem to locate them.  Any recommendations on how to scan for the MLV files?  I was able to see them in the camera viewer before i pulled the card out but now i can't find a trace.

So i've been trying one of the versions that was put out here earlier and i really like it but i'm experiencing more than the normal amount of graphical glitches and i'm assuming i'm using an older version.  wha'ts the latest and greatest?  My version does do Raw and Focus peaking which were 2 things i really wanted, but it hangs or crashes more than what anyone else is mentioning.

Thanks for the help, amazing work on this

I'm wanting to try this out.  I just installed the version listed in Zeek's post on aug-24 at 2:58:09 and it crashed on startup, but eventually got through to let me play around a bit.  is there a different recommended version at this stage or should i keep with this one?

Thanks for ALL of the help, this has been a tremendous amount of progress, so happy to see it come this far.

Found a refurbished 550D for $87 and couldn't turn it down..just for ML.  Now i'm really seeing what i wanted in the M2.  Here's hoping for some progress soon.

I would love to volunteer.  I'm going to try the test build as soon as i'm able today but i'm not sure i have much experience to help.  Here's hoping!  Thanks for all of your hard work

I would be so happy to just get focus peaking.  I have a lot of old M42 mount lenses and they are hard to focus quickly on the screen.  can't wait for a bit more progress here!  Thanks again!

I'm not saying i'm squealing like a little girl, but....well, focus peaking would be awesome.  I'm getting to know the camera and that's like my only weakness with it.

Goodluck, can't wait for more

This makes me SO happy.  I just got my EOS M2 which i bought without realizing ML did not work with it...and now it may!!! can't wait.  I'm mainly just wanting focus peaking as it is HARD to focus this camera manually
