I submitted a reply already but it was not posted for some reason. I discovered that issue really was in 1100D itself, not ML. So sorry for that stupid post.
Before this thread was created I checked the video that was shot before ML was installed and at first glance I did not notice any lines. Now I checked this video again more precisely and yeah, it have lines too but not so visible because this video was darker and these lines, apparently, are only in the light.

Excuse me if I repeating this issue, I already managed to find similar problem on forum in this thread, despite the fact that there was a raw video:

But after reading the whole thread and thread after, that was posted in the last comment I simply lost in words(non-english speaker) and as a result I did not find a solution.
So, here is the origin snaphot of .mov video that was taked from VLC and it's copy with reduced gamma so you can clearly see the stripes

Video was shot in H.264(I think?) because as I understand 1100D can't into ML Raw(mlv). Just want to know is it fixable or I need to use something in post.
