Thank you eraizgn! This was the first time i have used the 2017 build so i was a bit lost at first regarding the ML settings but this is what i had it set to..

Magic Lantern 14bit RAW
3072x1308 2.35:1 24fps

Workflow has changed too! I previously used MLRawViewer but the MLV files dont seem to work for me anymore.
I now use cr2hdr(.app) See Here -  http://www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=15108.0

This app converts the MLV files to individual ProRes clips. I then use Premier Pro for post production

Thanks hjfilmspeed! I used 14bit Lossless, I was also able to continuously record
