Easy. Grab ettr module from another build and put it manually into your current ML folder on sd card. Turn on camera and enable ettr the normal way.

Ive tried this in the past, pulled a copy from the last nightly build "magiclantern-Nightly.2018Jul03.EOSM202"

when you try to copy over the modules you get an oldapi error  "wrong version" v6.0 expecting v7.0

anywhere else to grab a something that would have the ettr.mo with the correct api ?

I mostly loook at the files and build from there. I'm a lousy "histogrammer"  .
I'm sure a little ettr on my my image would have helped even more. I plan on including the ettr module in eosm build when I get some time to use it...

I for one really miss ettr when it was in the earlier builds

Hey all, we have some chatter on our facebook group about the March 29 rewire working well with external monitors. Anyone know if this is the case? I gave it a quick shot but still have occasional corrupt frames.

Hey boys, been away for a while and currently at work with no time to spend an hour searching, any word on follow focus working on the eosm ? Haven't tested a nightly in several months.  Debating on buying an old t3i or such just to have this feature back.

crop_rec, Movie crop mode, zoom mode, 3x3, 3x1.6, yeah this is confusing. What's worse is that this discussion is about getting mv1080 working on the EOSM so pretty much nothing in your post is on topic.

Hey all, You nailed it on confusing! Im trying to figure out Movie Crop Mode on my EOSM. tried this, tried that but all leads me to 3x3. Couldnt find anything on 2.0.2 so upgraded to 2.0.3, put on the experimental from your repo DFort! and got Crop_Rec.mo

How and where do I find

Movie crop mode which is the only video mode that is actually working the way it is intended to work on the EOSM

I give up!, Also this mode still gives you 3x zoom ? that is my whole point in wanting it.
