This calculator is giving different results from these
* 3072x1920 @ 24p (1:1 crop)
* 3840x1536 @ 24p (1:1 crop) (corrupted frames at 1600)
* 4096x2560 @ 12.5p (1:1 crop) - continuous*) at 8 FPS
* 4096x1440 @ 25p (1:1 crop)
The 4K half frames is just an example 4096 X 1440, but the calculator says 3584x1320 when you choose 4096 resolution. Maybe i am missing something??

Sorry guys, but wasting my time trying to get this (* 3072x1920 @ 24p (1:1 crop)) to work. Is not working for me. Any advice. Using 5D mark III!

The last thing which is on the experiments page is below, is this the latest??

4K raw video recording; lossless compression

crop_rec module with higher resolutions (4K, 1080p48 etc):

5D3:

    1920x960 @ 50p (both 1:1 crop and full-frame - 3x3 pixel binning)
    1920x800 @ 60p (same as above)
    1920x1080 @ 45p and 48p (3x3 binning)
    1920x1920 @ 24p (1:1 square crop)
    3072x1920 @ 24p (1:1 crop)
    3840x1600 @ 24p (1:1 crop)
    4096x2560 @ 12.5p (1:1 crop)
    4096x1440 @ 25p (1:1 crop)
    Full-resolution LiveView: 5796x3870 at 7.4 fps (128ms rolling shutter).
    Continuous: 3072x1308 @ 24p, 1920x1080 @ 45p, 1920x960 @ 50p, 1920x800 @ 60p, 4096x2560 @ 8p, 5796x3870 @ 5p.

Raw Video Postprocessing / Re: MLVProducer
August 17, 2017, 08:38:31 AM
Sorry Andy600 don't understand. I mean after I have applied color correction, any DNG or CDNG sequences that I output looks nothing like what I have done. I also experienced this in MLRawViewer.
Also if you use MLVFS and mount the MLV's the DNG already look like they have had contrast and saturation applied to them.
If I output another type of file eg. ProRes the color correction that I apply are what was seen in the viewer.

Raw Video Postprocessing / Re: MLVProducer

One of the best programs I've seen. Great stuff.
      I was wondering if anyone else has this "problem". When you preview the MLV files in the viewer it looks nothing like the DNG or CDNG files that are exported. Any other file that is exported eg. ApProRes, DNxHD, even tiff sequence  is 99% of what you preview in MLVProducer. In the viewer you get a really cinematic picture but the export looks nothing like the picture in the viewer. Here are 3 snapshots if you don't mind taking a look.
I am using the latest version on win 10, Dell Precision  T7610, Intel Xeon CPU 3.4GHz 8 cores.

Also check out MLVProducer, you can do all modifications just like in ACR straight in MLVProducer. I'm testing now.
Will also check out MLVFS. Is there an exact guide for installing and running MLVFS, for PC??

Hi,
                When you preview the MLV files in the viewer depending on the type of Log you choose, the result of the export either DNG or ApProRes is quite different from what you see in the viewer of MLRawViewer. In the viewer you get a really cinematic picture but the export looks nothing like the picture in the viewer. Here are 2 snapshots if you don't mind taking a look. I am using version MlRawViewer_1_3_3_win32.

You can clearly see the difference. Is this how it is supposed to work?? I have read the forum but can't find anything about this issue. Can you help me out at all with this problem. Maybe because the DNG that are exported are compressed? Perhaps it would help if we could export CDNG's

 Could it not be possible to write RAW to an external writer, eg. Pix-E5, for the 5D IV?
