in benchmark only first write speed it's ok.
sometime raw rec works normally with 240hz hack, sometime its lock at 20MB.

Also if we got 280 MHz working that would mean all DIGIC 5 models with SD interface would benefit, not only 100D / EOS M. Above benchmark was done using 650D.

also if we get 280hz we need cooler system for the M. 
I think other DIGIC 5 models can manage heat better

ye, I didnt know about that difference. in playmode its 87.9MB/s and 92.3MB/s. so its ok now!

Same code more or less. Test it with 2.8k preset and turn bitdepth to OFF to enable 14bit.

Made a new crop_rec module where the max vertical resolution is lowered by 16 pixels. (So 16 lines less to read out by the sensor)

What Build are you using? Make sure you're not shooting 30 FPS. Disable AF in Canon Menu or on lens. Disable FPS Override.

I was a ML user for many years with 5D3 and EOS M following the forum, then I sold it. now I bought again an EOS M but I can't find a way to work with it, only HD 1080 works, the other setting frtp are freeze, no preview, can't even record.

it possible to have in cam monitor when external monitor is connected?
3k and 4k there isn't any preview?
