This is my first post and I'm not much of a video maker. 

BUT

I DO register a significant increase in record time with mlv_rec on a 6D with the nightly 2014Jul09 posted in this thread

I just tested various resolution (16:9) with the 2014May22 and 2014Jul09, without formatting card when changing version, and Global Draw: Allow. Write Speed showd on Display during Record: 35-38.1MB/s. Card: Lexar 600x
