I shot a music video on a no-budget production and opted for Magic Lantern RAW. We were shooting out in the desert in direct sunlight with no crew and no lights (NOT my idea, but what can you do) so I knew I'd need the best dynamic range possible for the least cash. A 5D III shooting RAW with an ND filter and we were in business.

Here's the final product. I did have a few corrupt RAW files that were un-recoverable but 95% of what I shot was fine. This firmware is changing the independent industry in amazing ways.

Looks promising! I might turn the volume off to watch, but the visuals seem well-defined.

Thanks! We didn't use any filters, it was all lit and I barely had to grade it in post, just did some minor correction and then adjusted the end scene to be a little redder. 90% of what you see is what my DP shot. Used a Rode NTG-2, that's it (not the most professional setup, I know, but it did the job).
