Ok, just did a bit of research...no overcranking for the 5DM2 at any resolution..only undercranking. Only 600/650D

I'd love to test this feature as well. 720@60p. Not sure if this is actually a feature of the new RC.

Thanks for that note. I wondered why I couldn't find much info on this topic.

Holy crap! I've been made a "contributor" and didn't even know it. I can answer my own question after I download the RC for testing. Will report back in a few! Thanks guys!

General Help Q&A / ML 2.3

A quick question:

With this new release candidate, what is the highest and most stable bit rate will the 5D Mark II record at? With the previous ML version I am able to record at approx 80mbps (without sound) on my t2i. Would love to know what this new version is able to accomplish for my 5D.

Thank you for any information.

Thanks guys! Actually, the ML t2i was used only for the Iveco (Yellow Truck) footage. All the rest are the 5D Mark II and FS100. I'm still a rookie at the editing side of things and this was my first go at grading (thanks for the grading comp)...Magic Bullet rocks.

RC aerial shooting, whether low altitude or high altitude is landscape capture, 20/30 feet and beyond...you definitely won't have that amazing crisp detail compared to shooting a subject in a room just a few feet away. My eyes have become accustomed to this but I'm still always amazed at the difference in quality and detail when I view footage from these same cameras when the subject is just a few feet from lens.
