I wonder if there is a way I could dump the firmware from my 5DS without any disassembly required... I'm not so keen on taking apart a camera worth that many $$$ to jtag it...

During video and sport shooting modes I sometimes find the autofocus gets lost looking for a clear image impossibly close. Sometimes you know that your subject will never be closer than X. Could we find a way to setup a limit on how close autofocus tries to go?

Unfortunately my version doesn't open all of the databases others create. Not sure if it matters if you've used a linux or mac version to create them. A couple of years ago they changed the license so you only get the version you specified so even if I wanted to I couldn't run it under linux or mac.

Just curious to know what versions of IDA pro most people are using? A long time ago someone shared their IDA database with me but unfortunately I couldn't open it
