Wow, das ist wirklich sehr gut geworden. Nutze Magic Lantern jetzt schon seit fast einem Jahr, aber bei deiner Anleitung konnte ich einige Menüpunkte endlich verstehen! Weiter so!

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, longtimeexposure it's a little bit like the "old" way of photographing and wating so long till the picture is "developed".

I used a Canon EOS 500 D (EOS Kiss X3 / EOS Rebel T1i) and a tripod :)

Hallo Tim,
die Videos sind sehr gut geworden und erklären vor allen Dingen ein paar Funktionen, die nicht selbsterklärend sind.
Danke dafür und weiter so!

Magic Lantern is a rewarding tool for long-term exposure, as it is very finely tuned. Many cameras can expose only 30 seconds, followed by bulb. With Magic Lantern I can set much finer grading.

This photo was taken at 11 p.m. under a full moon in a park.

I shoot a lot with old manual lenses and use Magic Lanterns feature "focus peak" to make it easier finding the point of focus.

This works in Live View mode very well, but only over the entire image, not over increasements. I would like enlarging a detail (e.g. the eyes) using the button ZoomIn x10 to focus brilliantly sharp.

Would it be possible that "Focus Peak" can also be worked while you use the display zoom-in mode?

Thanx a lot!

I used Magic Lantern v2.3 with a Canon EOS 500D mainly for white balance to allow colors look sunny on a rainy day.

Other features I like to use are the "Focus Peak" with manuell lenses and "LCD Remote Sensor" do I use on a tripod when photographing HDR.

Many thanks to the Magic Lantern Team that made such great piece of software!
