I have a video mic pro. The best part for me is being able to turn the manual down to 10 and the digital all the way down. The audio has no hiss at all. It is pretty useful, I also am rocking the 60d.   :)

Out of curiosity will this bolt trigger work for 60D. I read the comments and it looks like 5D mkIII and 600D are what it workds for at the moment.

Finally after 2 years, I was able to get a solid shot of lightning. Using the motion detect in Magic Lantern. Set by exposure simulation.

If you ever get to a position in porducing these, I wouldn't mind buying one from ya. Would rather support a Fellow ML user than some factory  ;)

This has happened to me on a shoot with my 60d. I did learn though that if you change your aperature or ISO it does affect it one way or another. If it happens check your aperature and adjust the iso accordingly, it should go away. I have canon 60d with 18-135 lens and a 50mm 1.4 and it did it to both.

ilguercio you are correct, though the the reds would not have popped like they did in post of hdr. Which is why I went for HDR. Otherwise I would have been left with a muddy red look  :)

I will have to give this a try. Possibly use poly to make the blocks. Good looking setup!

I have been trying so hard to capture lightning the last few months using this method. We usually have awesome lightning shows here in TX, but once you go looking for it its nowhere to be found. Awesome pick though!!! Love the leads coming off of the main bolt.

This may sound stupid but did you try to hit info after turning it on? A while back I though I bricked my 60d but in actuality I accidentally turned off my LCD. Try that or hit the LiveView button.

I had the same problem. I instead of taking everything out of ml folder, put the ml folder on the card as well as your firmware
