Sell your 650D body, buy a 550D, stop complaining.  Doesn't have to be in that order.  If audio is so important that you come on every week or so to complain about it not being implemented, fix the problem yourself. Become a dev or buy a new camera.
Just because you don't think a feature is important doesn't mean that no one thinks it is important.  For what I do, I don't care about audio.  I'd prefer there not even be audio because I just have to remove it from every clip. 
The audio problem is much bigger than you think.  The devs aren't just holding it back for fun.  If I understand it right, the audio chip for the 650D & EOSM work completely differently from previous cameras.  Not just a different chip, but the code interfaces with it differently.  For the non-developer, that means it is a huge departure in how things are done.  It is not just finding out where the different registers are located, but what to shove into those registers to make things work.  There is work being done on audio, but it is not a simple problem as you seem to suggest. 
Nobody really cares if you are terribly disappointed that a free product hasn't implemented the one feature you care about.  There are others who want this feature as well and they also state their desire for this feature without the dramatic complaining.

me something I can add to this but if the problem is the audio for you, the solution is easy. It adds a microphone zoom1 or other like that starting from 100 uss

Hello i read this Forum every week And i work in my camera the ML work very well. But now i have a problem in this week, I could not use the magic lantern on a card that I had stored there. is an extreme pro 16gb san disk in write speed 45MB (says on the card). Now in the 1.0.1 firmware version could use but since the software update of the camera, I could not use it again since that card. I have another Transcend 16 GB Class 10 that still works on camera with ML. Can this be so? Am I right or possibly make a mistake. I have two nights after returning from work trying to fix so I ask here in the forum..

i have problems too with the same card my card is original and new from extreme pro 16 gb 45mbs... but i read now this topic to understand what is my wrong settings in the camera or not...

please i have a problem.  i can understand. i have my t4i and 2 memories but i test that: I try to write a update firmware to the lens 40mm canon STM. But i can. The mesaje say the disc is write protected. I hope to wait for ML to my camera but now have that problem. I ask this here and to the seller. But the seller there does not know which is the problem. Please tell my Where I can post this question inside the site. And the switch isn't the problem. the switch to lock is unlock. thanks

Hello Merry Christmas! Please tell me nanomad, when you say "In the meanwhile you can already compile ML for the 650D yourself and do some tests too." I have a question... i download the ML version 2.3 and run in the camera? or first update the firmware to this camera 650D? and then run the ML 2.3??? (or use another update to this camera)
I am impatient. I cannot expect to prove it ... I tell you Nanomad that if you disconnect the touch the battery hard mas there is difference.
But i dont have experience to installing firmware ML. I am learning for this way
