Hi,
This is the second time i have err 80 again while recording video it was 4-5 minutes video,Vendor told me 550D is not good for video recording at it needs to be stop after 2 min of video recording.I was recording video with ML with slowest shutter (was dark) i just would like to know you guys agree vendors comment? i mean it has to be stop for each 2 min video recording? or my setting & Magic Lantern could be a reason of this error.They say they change memory card slot for second time.I guess it was stucking while trying to record on a memory card.After it stops working.

are you using custom layout colours? if so disable it

I am not aware , is that releated with cam settings or exist in magic lantern menu ?

there as been known issues with custom colour menu displays on the 550D. that error happened to me a couple of times, before acknowledge it was caused by the custom menu colour that i had set.
