It would be very informal. You don't need to be an expert! If no one wanted to present, we could just meet and show each other stuff.

How i wish be there :( I already think to make a european ML meeting/dinner but i think, at least for me (no money), will be difficult in general because of resources=money.

I'm hoping we can set up a Skype, or similar setup, so anyone worldwide can attend. In any case, I'm hoping we can have these on a regular basis, so the first one is more to gauge interest and get things going.
