I'd looking into getting a Neutral Density Filter. It will allow you to lengthen your exposures, and will make the water look a lot smoother.

Nice one. Xmps takes care of the flicker just fine

Yes, it worked very well and I used LRTimelapse too.

Surami:  How did you use the ML Sidecar XMP files with LRTimelapse? Can you please teach me.

At first save your ML generated sidecar XMPs as backup somewhere to be safe. If you do something wrong, you can start the process again.

It was very long time ago, when I shot that timelapse but I will try to remeber how I did it.
1. Make a folder, copy the CR2s and the ML sidecar XMPs into it.
2. Open the Lightroom, import the folder.
3. Open the LRTimelapse, navigate to the folder.
4. Switch to the Holy Grail Workflow tab. Don't initialize! This is very important, because you have information in the Exposure 2012 column, they are from the ML sidecar XMPs.) -> Click on Keyframes Wizard (Click yes if it asks about ISO + exposure jumps) -> Click on Holy Grail Wizard -> Adjust the offset + rotate bar if you want. -> Click save XMPs.
5. Follow the Holy Grail Workflow (http://vimeo.com/71496530).

But I think you should try dmilligan's ramping and deflickering Bridge script (http://www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=8850.0) too.

I made another Auto ETTR sunset timelapse with experimental music/sound/noise. (The frequency is from ~50hz to 10000hz, so watch out with the volume!)

Auto ETTR: ramping from F8, 1/800s, ISO100 to F8, 0.6s, ISO100
Intervalometer: 6s
