Title: Best lens for indoor shoot
Post by: tomtom99 on November 14, 2013, 09:11:30 PM
I am recording some indoor video using standard LED softboxes. I have been using my stock T3i lens but the quality is not coming out to be great.

I'd really appreciate if you guys can recommend some good lenses (under $500) for indoor recording. I am making interview style videos like Charlie Rose/Jay Leno with a green screen in the background.

Thank you in advance.

I'm glad you figured out how to remove the kit lens.

Anyway, to answer your question, there are plenty of cheap primes that work great. 50/1.8, 50/1.4, 35/1.8, 85/1.8.
