Post by: RenatoPhoto on November 12, 2013, 02:08:12 PM
One my first videos with ML RAW on 5D3
Lens Samyang 14 mm manual.
Card Lexar 1000X Pro 32 GB
Originally recorded at 1728x972 and 29 fps
Post processing ACR & Sony Vegas

Any constructive criticism is welcome.  I still have a lot to learn!

Hi, one thing you might want to be aware of is the speed of your pans...in 24p you have to pan really slowly or things will get blurry. Also, web compression looks bad on pans (or any fast motion).  So to enhance the appearance of sharpness, keep your camera movement slow and deliberate.

Thanks for your advice.  I watched your L.A. video and the motion is sooo smooth.  It is hard to believe that you used stabilizer in Final Cut Pro.
