I am unable to boot up with my SD card. Here is what I have done:
1) I have used both SDFormatter (https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/) and Canon's low-level format for my 16 GB SDHC card.
2) I use EOSCard to check "EOS_DEVELOP" and "BOOTDISK", save.
3) I copy/paste the 6D.113 nightly build with the files: "ML", "autoexec.bin"
4) I place the SD card in the camera, turn it on... nothing happens. I even try looking at "Firmware update" but the 6D prompts me that nothing was found.
