What would be the best way to do this?
I noticed Aettr will keep a constant exposure as its turning dark, cant find any exposure ramping, only method i can think is doing a gradual under expose in after effects.

Solved i think... used Aettr to meter then disable it.. used deflicker n all looks ok.
Heres my sample with using Atter to do first metering and then disbaled after metering complete... unfortuantly ran out of battery juice to carry on to getting darker.
