Been trying all different versions of cr2hdr.exe and dcraw.exe, and everything I try comes back with the same messages:

Hmm.. that is weird. I can get my EOS-M Dual ISO CR2s converted just fine. Try using the latest sept17 build of ML.

Hmmm, can't even get the Dual ISO module to work on that...
