I have samyang 35mm lens without auto focus and I use Canon 7D .
Since the lens is without auto focus, The focus confirmation doesn't work.
As workaround ,I ordered Chip focus confirmation and installed it on the lens with glue.

The workaround is nice for testing , but it is not real solution.
As far as i know, the chip tells the software that the lens exists,
Is there any option to make Magic Latern to use focus confirmation even without the chip ?
