just tried, and was only able to record 36 frames before stopping.  The CF card is Lexar 32gb 1000x, SD card Sandisk Ultra 16gb sdhc 30MB/s.  When I ran the Raw file with raw2dng no dng's were created. SD card had the WAV with a few seconds of sound.

What specification did you use for Resolution?
At what fps are you trying to record?

Had high ISO NR on standard, turned off and now I get 65-73 frames before stopping. Again, no dng's created from raw2dng, only textlog. Choosing CF card record, the options are standard, Auto switch card, Rec. separately and, Rec. to multiple. I have it set to standard now.

When you are in movie mode make sure you are in Canon 1920 at 30 fps.  Then set fps with FPS Override

set 29.97 1920 and FPS override 23.976 exact.  83 frames before stopped. WAV file has sound,  CF card: backup Raw, and Raw files with no dng's out of raw2dng.

What size is the RAW file.  What is backup RAW?

Also try recording with the hacks:
Force Left
Hacked
Memory Hack.

Excerpt from:

19. Next option, Framing: Center.  Press Set to change it to: Force Left (see Note 4), Dolly mode (see note 5)
20. Next option, Preview: Auto.  Press Set to change it to: Canon (??), ML Grayscale (??), Hacked (see note 6)
21. Next option, Memory hack OFF. Press Set to on  This frees up more memory to get extra frames in the buffer.
You can try the hacks one at the time and all three at once.

Have you downloaded the latest Raw2dng.exe ?
Do you know how to use  Raw2dng.exe?  You drag and drop the RAW files to the Raw2dng.exe
What OS are you using.

If all else fails you probably have a bad card.

try another CF card.

And last but not least go over all the above suggestions to make sure all is right.
