I'm very anxious and excited to start running Magic Lantern on my Mark III.
Currently, I have Firmware 1.0.7 installed.
Can you please post the best firmware upgrade and then ML version I should be
using?

ok, successfully updated firmware to 1.1.3 on the 5D Mark III.
Whats the best version of Magic Lantern to run on this?
