Print Page - limited or full 2.3 version

Title: limited or full 2.3 version - 5D M III ?

Hi, Just have a bug : my 2.3 version is limited for 5D M.III... is limited. Don't have access to all the settings - data, FPS etc...
DO i need to subscribe something to have the full version or is the full version limited?
