Does anyone know how to get rid of the focus box when tethered through HDMI? Alternatively, if I press recored, does anyone know how to eliminate the red record symbol?
I'm looking for clean HDMI out. I know Canon is coming out with a firmware update next month but I really need to do it now.

6D - put lens in MF and focus box hides, 5d3 should be similar.

Clear overlays always isn't working for the red dot?
