This month i had (just twice in a month) that screen when loading the forum, it's not a problem just an information, since after a refresh all worked perfect as usual :)
It was probably an hiccup of cloudflare, nothing to worry about (or maybe you tried to access the website while I was upgrading the db or the webserver ;) )
yes nothin to worry, you can also delete this, since now you are aware of it.
