I am really enjoying the latest update of Magic Lantern. I recently learned the new trick we can do in ML with video timelpase, setting the FPS to 3 FPS on thus saving our sensor from being exhausted to death.
I started testing it out with sunset scenes and it works pretty nicely.
However, when I test it out in the middle of the day the scene is always over exposed, even after adding an ND filter and closing the shutter all the way!
Are there any other ways to use this feature during daylight or is it mainly intended for mid-low lit scenes?

when you have too much light, there are 4 ways of reducing
a) lower ISO
b) higher f-stop
c) shorter exposure
d) add more ND
when a) and b) reached their minimum and c) is contradictive, i would say: add more/stronger ND filters ;)
Same here with a 500D (T1i).
It doesn't seem that exposite override controls effectively the shutter speed.
Is there a lower limit to shutter speed, even with "High Jello"?
Hi Shaisgs, maybe you used option "Optimize for Low light". If so, you should use "Optimize for exact FPS".
