Just want to know. I know from Atomos website that EOS M is not compatible with NINJA V. Was just hoping it works with ML. Thanks.
Bit of overkill. EOS M will deliver 1080i60 8 bit stream but active area is restricted to 1620x912 pixel.
Sorry, I should have been more specific. As I already have one, I was just going to use it as a monitor so I don't have to spend another $100 for another monitor, but I have no success, so far. I'm not sure oif it's the cable or my settings,
Has anyone use it as a monitor for EOS M? Please advise if you have had any success. Thanks.
Connect cam to TV set/monitor via HDMI and test it there first.
Here is a video by @ZEEK on using monitors with the EOSM:

In his other EOSM instructional videos, he often mentions how monitors work with the video settings that he is showing.

Good idea. Thanks.
@tupp
Will do.
Update: Tv and galaxy s9+ worked. Not the ninja V.
EOS M output should be 1620x1080 in photo and 1620x912 in movie mode. Embedded in 1080i60 with 8 bit.
Defaulting to 576p or 480p as lowest resolution.
Is Ninja V unable to handle this?
