Ultimate ISO with highest DR is iso 100. The higher the ISO, the less DR it can capture.
Also remember to only shoot in the Analog ISO e.g 100, 200, 400, 800 etc for accurarte exposure control.
The intermediary iso's are digitally pulled from their analog counter parts e.g iso 160 is a digital pull from 200, 320 is pulled from 400. So if you record in 320, you are actually recording in iso 400.
