So I'm currently switching back to Canon from Sony. I'll have a 60d within a week and I have a few questions.
I want ML mostly for video, can I record 1080p@60fps without RAW? (I bought a fast card but I'm curious how long it'll last without raw.)
Also, what's the easiest way to convert the raw footage if I decide to go that route?

MLVapp.
And from the mlv app you can use
DaVinci resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro if you convert to DnG.
Just to be ridiculous with setting FPS override you could possibly get 1080p with approximately 33 FPS without audio :)
When I used to record with 5d mark ii you could use twixtor. By the way if a you are disappointed with only 60 FPS the advantage would be a shutter speed with 1/60.
Just to compare with new cameras with 4K in 120fps
