Ok guys, somehow i lost the ability to Touch AF in movie mode. Instead of the small focus box that you can put anywhere on the screen, there is only a big center focus box that i can't move.
I tried numerous installs uninstalls and different firmwares to no avail. In original Canon firmware the Touch AF box is working just fine.
I hope it's just a setting or something else, but stayed up all night and couldn't figure it out...
