Hi.
I have installed the ML on my canon 5d mark iii, and i use it for streaming. But every now and then its flickers black and comes back on. super annoying. It is not the automatic 30 minute timer reset I turned that function off (I will stream for an average of 5 hours and it does it randomly sometimes come back live with a flash of purple and green overlay after the black reset and no actual battery is in the camera. It is on a power adapter cord. Is the cause perhaps the type of power adpaters or cables connected? I also put a fan near the camera so it doesn't get too hot.
I have read it is not preferred to use DSLR for a webcam and it could ruin the sensor. I am pretty mind boggled about how it resets randomly during my live streams.

Did you ever find a solution to this? And how do you deal with focusing when streaming? Do you just leave it on manual or adjusting with a remote shutter (is that even possible?)
